Who this covers
This policy covers mirai360.ai and its subpages, including this blog. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.
Information we collect
When you visit mirai360.ai, our site script (tracking.js) records:
- An anonymous, randomly generated ID stored in your browser's local storage
- A separate session ID stored in your browser's session storage, cleared when you close the tab
- The page you viewed (path, title, and query string) and the page that referred you
- UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign) if you arrived via a tagged link
- Whether the visit is a page view or a "booked call" (triggered when you complete a booking through our Calendly widget)
- Timestamp of the event
We do not ask for, and this script does not read, your name, email address, phone number, or IP address. We do not use cookies for this tracking — only browser local storage and session storage.
Where this information goes
This data is sent to Mirai360's own backend service. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.
Third-party services
Two third-party services are loaded on this site:
- Calendly — used for the "Talk to us" booking widget. If you book a call, the information you enter (name, email, etc.) is collected directly by Calendly under Calendly's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
- Google Fonts — used to load typefaces on some pages, via a request to Google's font servers.
Your choices
Clearing your browser's local storage and session storage for mirai360.ai removes the anonymous identifiers described above. To ask what we hold or to request deletion, contact us directly.
